All returned items must arrive at KniTec location before credit or replacement product is issued.

KniTec is not responsible for shipping on all return items that were ordered incorrectly or with out a hard copy purchase order.

KniTec only accepts signed purchase orders or signed order forms provided by KniTec.

KniTec honors all credits or replacements for no more than 90 days.
